ABOUT PROJECT
Set to play a major role in the development of the Economic zone and Ras bu Fontas, Manateq headquarters has total built up area of 35,000 square meters. The building consists of four wings which are interconnected by pedestrian bridges. The headquarters’ parametric façade was inspired by Manateq’s logo and optimized daylighting in offices. It is an honor and priveledged to be part of this prestigious project. Spectra arts had completed a total of 10,193.81 sqm combination of glass, wood, and metal works. All installed works were carried out based on client specifications and had passed the safety and building code standards.
